A. GoGolfKauai.com is operated by GolfPackagePros who are experienced and well-traveled golfers, knowledgeable about the golf and accommodations we offer from personal experience in Kauai. With over 15 years of traveling the world to play golf at some of the best destinations in the world, our staff knows how to do a golf trip to Kauai. We know a ton of tips and tricks about how to create schedules that work on the island, and allow you to relax and have a hassle free experience when you visit Kauai.

With our relationships, experience and skill, we are able to secure tee times well in advance of typical public booking windows, schedule the best courses and accommodations for your specific needs, and arrange courses to maximize value and price.

When and where do I pay for my lodging and golf?

A. We do require a 25% deposit at time of booking to secure the reservation in full (reservations are secured within the limits of availability at time of booking). Final balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

All reservations for golf and hotel are booked and confirmed by GolfPackagePros.com staff. You can easily make payments securely online 24 hours a day, with your reservation or vacation quote number (e.x. # 1012654). 

*** You will receive a confirmation email once your reservations have been booked in full. Final check in documents and check-in confirmation numbers are available upon final payment in the guest portal online.

What if it is raining for my tee time?

A. If the course is closed due to a “rain-out” or other severe/inclement weather, it is at the golf course management sole discretion if they issue rain checks, or advise of any refund or adjustments. If a refund is needed due to course closure, GolfPackagePros will issue a refund after the course management has informed our staff of the adjustment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account.

Inclement weather like lightning or any dangerous weather is also determined by the course management on the day of play, not GolfPackagePros. Please adhere to all inclement weather procedures a course may have in place.

Do I call the golf course or hotel if I need to change or cancel my schedule?

A. No, please email your reservation agent first if possible, or call GolfPackagePros please call 800-407-7723 and our staff will handle any required changes or cancellations to your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy for lodging and tee times?

Whenever possible, we reschedule trips and apply all funds toward future reservations, within the parameters of our standard cancellation policies below. Rescheduled trips have a $25 per person reschedule fee. *(Rescheduled trips may not be the same cost and are subject to price change.)

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Must confirm cancellation in writing with GolfPackagePros management staff prior to 72 hours of arrival. (No cancellations, changes or refunds within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.)

Condo/Home Cancellation Policy: Must confirm cancellation in writing with GolfPackagePros management staff prior to 45 days of scheduled arrival date. (No cancellations, changes or refunds within 45 days of scheduled arrival.)

Golf Cancellation Policy: Under 12 players must confirm cancellation in writing with GolfPackagePros management staff prior to 72 hours of scheduled play. Over 12 players must confirm any cancellation in writing with GolfPackagePros management staff prior to 30 days of scheduled play (Inclement weather, refund or rain check policies is determined by the golf course management on day of scheduled play.)

Cancellation/Reschedule Fees: Cancelation fee is $5.00 per tee time + 15% total package or per person total. Any customer changes to existing bookings beyond minor adjustments have a $25 per person rescheduling fee. (Postponed trips, major date change, major schedule change, etc…)

Groups Cancellations: 12 players or more may be non-refundable within 45 days of arrival or play. Cancellations prior to 45 days are subject to a $5.00 per tee time + 15% of total package or per person total cancellation fee. All group cancellations must confirm in writing with GolfPackagePros management staff prior to 45 days scheduled arrival or play.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing/emailed and approved by our staff prior to any cancellation window details above.

Please email your reservation agent ASAP or call at 800-407-7723 and our staff will handle any required changes or cancellations to your reservation as quickly as possible.

Can we rent clubs at the courses you offer?

A. Yes! Absolutely, and all of the courses offer offer premium sets for daily rental. Please ask your reservationist about details and pricing. Typically rentals are $55 – 75 per day, and come with balls & tees.

Is it safe to make payments online, and is my credit card information safe?

A. GoGolfKauai.com uses site-wide HTTPS 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) from GoDaddy.com to ensure your transactions are secure. SSL is an industry standard security technology that creates an encrypted link between servers and a web browser, the data you enter remains private and encrypted. SSL is used by millions of websites to ensure their customer’s online transactions are securely processed and protected.

Is there a dress code or is specific attire required at the courses?

Yes, in general, resort wear/golf attire is expected for all properties we offer. Golf shoes (spikeless) and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts or skirts are acceptable, but no cut offs, denim or swimwear. Do not wear blue jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, swimwear or spiked shoes.

What's does my package include?

A. Hotel/Lodging accommodations (if applicable), cleaning fees, green fee, cart fee, golf and hotel taxes and the daily base rental rate for rental cars (if applicable).

*Some hotels may charge resort fees upon check in and may not be included in your package price. (See specific hotel details where applicable)
*Rental Cars – Base rate only included. (Taxes, Airport Fees, Licensing Fees, Concession Fees Due at Time of Return on Guest Credit Card)
*Some courses do not include range balls in their green fees, and may not be included in your package price.

Can I change my itinerary during my vacation.

A. Yes, but any changes to itineraries once travel has commenced are subject to cancellation policies and/or cancellation fees. Customer is solely responsible for all subsequent modification charges, administrative fees, cancellation fees at golf course and hotel within the 72 hour cancellation window if changes are made.

Are there twilight or afternoon rates available, and can I book 36 holes?

A. Yes, we can take advantage of twilight and re-play rates when possible, desired or needed.

Tee times booked in twilight times are NOT guaranteed to complete all 18 holes, no refunds or adjustments will be given for twilight times or replays not completed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you need to make a payment you can easily pay securely online, with your reservation or vacation quote number. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as GolfPackagePros.

Can I upgrade my room once I arrive?

A. Depending on availability, you can upgrade/change your room by calling GolfPackagePros at 800-407-7723

What do I need to check-in at the golf courses and hotel?

A. Upon receipt of  final payment, you will receive your check in documents via email. If you have made your final payment and do not have your check in documents, please call or email our staff and have them email them to you.

Most of our reservations happen electronically, and most courses don’t use paper vouchers. However, we do recommend you print out your check in documents and bring them with you just so if there are any questions you have your documents, also keep a copy of the check in document email on your phone so you can show proof of payment if needed.
